​Return Policy

​

  • www.madrasicecreamcompany.com OR “Madras Ice Cream Private Limited” does not entertain returns after the order is successfully placed and payment is made by the buyer. Buyers are requested to place the order only if they agree with this term.​

  • Exchange requests will be entertained only in case the product(s) received by the buyer are in damaged or expired condition. Only such cases will be considered for exchange thereafter.

​

  • The buyer has to inform www.madrasicecreamcompany.com OR “Madras Ice Cream Private Limited” of their intention to exchange the damaged products within 2 hours of receiving the goods at their shipping address.

​

  • Such damaged goods should be sent to “Madras Ice Cream Private Limited” only after receiving written email consent from www.madrasicecreamcompany.com OR “Madras Ice Cream Private Limited” to send back the product.

​

  • All replacements will be made after the returned shipment of the product is received by Madras Ice Cream Private Limited. The courier charges for returning the damaged items will be borne by “Madras Ice Cream Private Limited”.

  • Return orders are to be sent back to the address from where it was dispatched, to be confirmed by www.madrasicecreamcompany.com OR “Madras Ice Cream Private Limited.”

​

  • Bulk orders cannot be returned, bulk orders hereof entailing any order worth more than ₹25000/- 

​

  • www.madrasicecreamcompany.com OR “Madras Ice Cream Private Limited” only accepts upfront payment 
    except in the case of a bulk order where 75% payment shall be chargeable as an advance fee and 25% on delivery.

Cancellation Policy

​

Once an order has been successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway, you cannot cancel the order or request a refund. Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases:

  1. Refund requests will be accepted if the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies. No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products; damaged products will be exchanged in accordance with our exchange policy.

  2. Upon written confirmation of the refund to the customer, the amount will be refunded within the next 7-10 business days. The refund will be processed using the customer's original mode of payment.

No Returns or Refunds will be provided in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer.

  • Non-availability of the recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises.

  • Refusal to accept the products.

  • Delivery to a location or individual specifically mentioned by the customer, other than the customer themself.

  • Force majeure events.

  • If the product has undergone any tampering by the customer.

  • If the order is a bulk order.
